Dr. Patricia A. Guth Elementary School, established in 1964, serves more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers a variety of learning opportunities for the development of academic, social, emotional, physical, intellectual and social skills of children. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. It also provides instruction in art, library skills, music and physical education. The school additionally offers English as a Second Language and gifted and talented education programs. Its parent-teacher association is a service and support organization that organizes several fundraising programs. Dr. Patricia A.
