The manager at the Peoria Terminix is very rude and disrespectful. When he found out I was getting estimates from other companies he called me and I did not appreciate what he said to me and the way he expressed himself. He was very rude and I did not like the way I was spoken to and how I was treated as a customer. I would think someone in management would know how to treat customers with a little more respect. I personally will not be using Terminix any time in the future. We had another company come out and although they were priced a tiny bit higher we will be using their services because they are courteous and respectful. But, if you want to be talked down to and harassed into something before you are ready, go right ahead and give them a call. The manager will be on the other line ready to disrespect his customers.

Thoroughly disgusted with this company. We signed up with them to service our home. They started taking money automatically out of our checking account, every month. But will not show up! They have taken money out for four consecutive months but only showed up once. We called them at least 2 times to come back out to our house, scheduled a time and everything and they never showed up. Not even a phone call to explain themselves. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
