By visiting our indoor showroom, you are able to view the various types of granite and bronze, choosing the best look, feel and color to suit the design you have chosen, or that we work together to design. We can design a marker that will match an existing marker, add final date inscriptions, build granite benches, do war memorials, even pet markers. We know what an important decision this is, and we work with you to make it as easy as possible.       It's been 5 months since I paid 1/2 of the total cost for my husband's grave marker, and I have yet to even have a stone. The communication I receive from Peoria Monument comes only after I've called, visited, and pretty much begged. Service is definitely not a priority in this case. If I could go elsewhere, I'd certainly do it. But as I was told over the phone, "we don't give refunds."
