With any bridal store, its always best to make an appointment. But Country Bride never acted like it was an inconvenience for walk-in's. They offer free storage. They also don't work on commission, so you don't have to worry about them pushing you to buy a dress you don't want. And as a bride they always try to help you as much as they can. I've been to several bridal stores trying to find "the one", and i just like the environment and professionalism the best here.

This place sucks. Their was a 80 year old lady helping me and she was terribly slow not to be mean. the rooms are big but the curtains are lace so you can see through them and its so awkward!!!!!!!!!! are they to cheap to by solid curtains??? and they make you undress to bra and undies and make you stand their while they get your dress ready. Can you atleast give customers robes!!!?!??? seriously! My whole day was ruined because of it. Thanks alot

Terrific service and very, verry friendly and knowledgable staff. Was very helpful in selecting the perfect flower girl dress for my grandaughter, a special dress for my daughter who was a reader for the ceremony and my husband's tux. Never pressured me for purchasing a mother of the groom dress. Its been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service!!! Kudos to the staffl and owner - first class all the way.

My experience at Country Bride was very dissapointing, to say the least. When I first arrived, I told the associated my budget and she immediately frowned, with a look like "why are you here"Then I tried on a few dresses, nothing special. I finally found one that was nice, but I told the associate that "I didn't love it, so it must not be THE dress." The sales associate then tells me that seldome do brides actually fall in love with their dresses right away.WHAT?? I'm sorry, but I don't beleive that for one second. that. There's no way I'm spending $1000 plus on a dress that I'm not in love with. She was a complete nightmare, trying to talk me into buying a dress that I didn't even like. Very rude, and I will not be returning to country bride.On a positive note.... their fitting rooms were very impressive.

Dear lee I guess you should have left the chocolate alone everyone knows how far in advance you order your dresses should have been a little more careful of your eating habits, because I know if it were country brides fault they would have done everything there was to do to fix the problem so don;t lie !!!!!!!!!!

I bought my wedding dress from there and they are more than amazing. I had mine special ordered. All of my bridesmaids dresses are coming from there too. I would highly recommend them.

Several of my family members and friends have gone to Country Bride to get various dresses and wedding gowns over the years. It was a no brainer to go there when it came to my wedding. All of the consultants are friendly and understanding. The process of ordering my gown couldn't have been easier and the prices were A+, much less expensive than what I found for a similar/exact dress in Chicago. Once you go there and have a chance to try on their dresses, you'll be able to tell the differnce in service and quality of gowns.If you are looking for a prom dress, bridesmaid dress, or wedding gown, stop by Country Bride and take a look.

I would never go back to country bride. They ordered the wrong size bridesmaid dress for me & would not do anything to fix it. The dress is 2 sizes too small & now I have to spend $100 in alterations! Very disappointed!! :(

I have been to a couple of other bridal shops that in no way compared to Country Bride. At Country Bride, the bridal consultants were amazing! Heather helped me out and she made me want to buy from Country Bride! I have not bought my dress yet, but I will for sure be buying from there!!!
