I ordered a full hank of hog casings for a special sausage I was making for my restaurant. My sausages turned out great and my customers raved over them. The casings from Denmark Foods were the absolute best, highest quality casing I have ever seen or used. It beats anyones I've used previously or seen elsewhere (internet) which are usually vacuum packaged in salt. It pays to shop locally if possible. Definitely Denmark foods knows their business and will treat you right. Another lesson is to call ahead so they can fill your order more efficiently and it doesn't interrupt production. Keep in mind this is a sausage plant not a retail store. Still I was treated with respect and courteousness. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Denmark foods.
