Poor review due to MA. She called with a message (on an old phone number) to call about my test results at 6:15 pm on a Friday and to call back on Tuesday. The message on the MA's phone when I called says she will call back within 24 hours ... Pretty sad that they can't make a point of connecting with someone and not leaving them wondering about what could be wrong! Dr. Morgan and the NP Susan are great in the practice -- just concerned about the lack of concern from the MA who doesn't seem to care and thinks of patients as just another number -- I wonder what she would do if it was her on the patient side .....
