We stayed at the Channel Lane Inn the last weekend in September. Growing up our family spent 6 weeks a year in the wonderful town of Pentwater. This was in the 1960s 70s. Weve continued to visit occasionally, but had never stayed in at the Channel Lane Inn. My sister and I made a trip to visit with some dear friends and wanted to stay overnight. The B&Bs in town were so expensive and we really didnt want to stay in Ludington or Hart. We saw that Channel Lane Inn had a room open for Friday night for $70 which was perfect for us. The location is unbeatable. You are just steps from downtown Pentwater where the restaurants, shops and events happen. Also you are right on the wonderful Channel and walkway down to the beach. Its a short walk everywhere. The rooms were large and had a kitchenette that was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There was a microwave, coffee pot, two burners and a small fridge. The room has a good sized bathroom and the pati
