Terrible. Be sure you get price quote before using this service. Compare prices with other companies. I would never use again. I would not recommend to anyone. Select another auto repair company. Management rude, argumentative unprofessional. Ask other people who have used them. I wouldn't return there for auto service .

I just had an auto care experience I have never had before. I took my wife's van in for a fuel leak. Potters actually called the dealer to see if there had been a recall. Turns out there was. The guy that called said the repair would be $720, but it was probably covered by the dealership. Turns out he was right. They may have lost a $720 job but gained a customer for life. This is my second dealing with Potters. I am incredibly pleased.
