They have had a sewer leak in front of their store most of the summer. When I went in to tell them about it a month ago they said they already knew about it and they were going to fix it. I am retired Navy and I was taking my daily walk so I was in my walking clothes. I guess it was because of my clothes they treated me like I was a beggar or homeless or something so they really did not take me serious. I tried to find a number to call their management. I could not find one in the phone book or on the Internet. So, the local Health Department told me they will make them fix it ASAP. I am very disappointed in such a large Corparation for 2 reasons. The first---That they would possibly get people sick and poison the environment. Secondly---That they have no way for the public to contact them. For a company their size that is pitiful.

Ate breakfast here today...food good but why are employees asleep laying on tables in dining room???

i ordered two thick burgers at the 9 mile road and university location sat night aug 7th at around 6:00pm . i ate one of the hamburgers and my husband ate the other around 6:30pm. at about 10:00 that night i became so ill that i thru up all night, had stomach cramps and thought i would die. i noticed when i ate the burger that the lettuce was wilted which now tells me that burger had been sitting for quite a while before it was sold to me. there was appsolutely no excuse for this since the place was not busy. i have been going to this location for many years but i can promise you i will never set foot or buy another product ever again from hardees especially your location and i plan to write the head of hardess and let them know what caustic food you are selling
