I filed bankruptcy with Mr. Neiderlehner last year and everything went smoothly. So when I thought my mother needed to file I took her to see Mr. Neiderlehner. He told her since she only had social security and no assets she really did not have to file unless she really wanted to. I like that he gave her all her options and did not just tell her to file. She went ahead and decided to file because she was sick of all the calls but Mr. Neiderlehner was honest and let us know all our options.
