The doctor and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better team to take care of of your dental needs!

You get what you pay for here. They are more interested in their office socializing then the patients. They rush you, take your money, and rush u out. The woman at the front desk with her window is a piece of work. She talks to you like you are interrupting her. If she hates dealing with people she needs to work in a back room somewhere. All of them need to take a step back and think about the patients and what we are experiencing. It is a big deal. I was having all of my teeth pulled and trusting them to replace them with dentures that looked nice. Your smile is such a big part of your everyday life. Every time you speak to someone face to face they notice what your teeth look like. They put a set of immediate dentures in my mouth that are not only yellow but look exactly like the fake Billy bob teeth you can buy for a joke. I was horrified and have not left the house since I got them. They r that bad. When I looked at them in the car I was shocked and went back in. I told the rude lady at the window that I needed to c the dentist again because they couldn't be left like they were. She said sooo snotty that I would just have to wear them like that and slammed her effing window. What kind of a place is this? I insisted and said I wasn't leaving til I saw the dentist. I watched as he came up into their area and they all talked and laughed about it, including the dentist!!! Here I am sitting there traumatized and they're laughing. They should not be in the medical field working with patients who are going through something that is a very big deal and scary when they have zero sense of compassion or empathy. They all should be made to where the ridiculous teeth they put in my mouth for just one week. Maybe then they would start seeing things through the patients eyes and remember what they are there for. Not socializing and rushing the patients through like cattle. I've never seen anything like it and I can't believe they're allowed to continue practicing this way.

My fear was the extractions but that went fine. The problem is dentures that do not fit at all. No adhesive works. At one of my numerous adjustments the man told me if I came in with adhesive on my dentures again they wouldn't see me. That's the only way to halfway keep them in. I then got turned down for adjustments because I needed a soft realign and if I paid the $130.00 to do that everything else was done to make them fit. The soft realign made them even worse. I can barely eat and they fall out when I talk! They tell me not to use adhesive. I'm so miserable, have sores in my mouth and now don't have Medicaid so they want $180.00 a plate to adjust them. Why would I pay more for such poor work and service? I complained to Humana And they say they need to be made right and I can go to another dentist who can look at them and send a request in with information on what's wrong and they can get an authorization to be paid to fix them. But they are the only Medicaid provider in Pensacola
