I was traveling through Oregon on I 84 pulling a trailer which lost a wheel near Pendleton and destroyed the axle. I had it towed to Drakes and They took it right in and within 3 hours they replaced the Axle and got me back on the road. David was great I could not have asked for better service and they gave me a good deal on the new Axle.

I highly recommend them.

Service May 18, 2015 - May 20, 2015 Quality work, experience, customer satisfaction, efficient, fair price, works with insurance(in the end ins. would not cover a thing) are why we rate Drakes RV Service 5 stars! May 7 contacted them and had us in on May 18!

Repair: Re-weld & grind broken welds. Cut and weld in fish plates to bulkhead uprights. Welded 1/8" flat steel under sidewall to chasis. Welded aluminum and installed new wood in tube. Secured chassis to wall at over hang. Fabricated and installed two 1/4" angle supports and welded from pin box to side rails at top of tube steel. Re-secured panel to framing and side sections. Glued broken wood framing & installed second framing stick. Re-secured shelf. Re-installed bulkhead framing & front cap. Installed new filon panel. Cleaned and re-installed moldings, lug door, vent & accessories. Re-sealed area.

We use 5th Airborne hitch to pull our 2008 Heartland Bighorn 3055RL that apparently has a poor designed Lippert frame.

Drakes RV saved our vacation. Our camper roof started leaking the night we were in Pendleton, and we were told to go to Drakes. They took us in, worked on our camper which ended up needing the first 4 feet of roof replaced, and had us back on the road by 4pm to make it to our next stop. And best of all didn't brake the bank of our vacation funds. I don't know what we would have done without them. If I lived closer I would not have anyone but them work on our camper. Can't thank them enough. It is such a joy in todays world to find honest friendly people.
