Waiting time was excessive. Office waiting area had no lights on. Depressing and non professional office in my opinion. Old building.

Don't go! Do yourself a favor and find a different MD. He was always late. He gave no aplogies. He left with hanging around in his waiting room. I could hear him speaking with his other patient in the room they were in. A violation of the HIPPA regulations. He didn't ask me for my past medical records. I guess he figured he could wing it. His attitude was harsh and careless. I only went to him a few times then had to fire him. I pay for service with care and respect in which he gave little.

Dr. Andrews is the best physician in Pendleton. He has helped me where other Dr. s couldn't or wouldn't. Patients who are unhappy with him are the ones that are non-compliant and do not listen to him. I am so very happy I found him.

I went to Dr. Andrews and was disappointed. He comes across as very unsympathetic, arrogant, and in it to pay off the student loans. He scheduled unnecessary appointments (requiring me to pay repeated co-payments), failed to follow through on things he said he would (wasting my time), and assumes patient is ignorant (talked down to me). I would definitely not recommend him. I must add that his receptionist and nurse were wonderful. They obviously know their jobs and are very friendly. One can hope Dr. Andrews takes from their lead, after all he is in the people business.
