I wasn't surprised when I read the review below prior to writing this review I can only assume that customer was talking about Donald Young, I called about a vehicle that was on the Internet and asked Donald Young if he could work on the price little bit he was so rude and told me listen right now were just talking about air come down here and look at the car because the pictures don't do it any justice and was just straight rude , even though I was shocked by the way he talked to me I liked the car so I came in and spoke to salesman Jim H. who was unbelievably friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Jim took me for test drive and I found 3 major issues and three minor issues with the vehicle and I addressed them to him and he came back with an offer from Donald Young to which I counter offered and Donald walked over to me with an immediate attitude and extremely aggressive he told me I was negotiating just to negotiate, I explained to him that this is what I felt the vehicle was worth based on the issues it had, I even said I'd pay full price for the vehicle if a few of the issues were repaired he said sorry I'm not fixing that for you. he Said that I should COD the tag because it would make the price cheaper for the sale at that very moment and I responded well I'm just going to pay for the tag later he said oh yeah you're right and he just said dumb things to me like I was an absolute idiot and the salesman was shocked by the way Donald Young spoke to me in front of him, anyway my family has been in the car dealership business for a long time if they had the car was looking for I obviously would've purchased it from them, i've bought 25 vehicles in my life mostly cash or finance I have never felt so berated ,spoke to so condescendingly and belittled by somebody I was purchasing something from. Buyer beware salesman at Acura of Pember Pines seem to be so friendly but this Donald Young is a cancer within that facility attitude reflects leadership two other salesman said to me that he is very rude.

The sales and support staff at Acura of Pembroke Pines are fantastic! They helped me purchase a new 2013 ILX Hybrid that I have been waiting for. I love the car and I love the experience I had leasing it. What a wonderful atmosphere in their dealership! I did not feel pressured once during my 2 hour stay. I enjoyed every minute with my salesman, Robert! Thank you , Acura of Pembroke Pines! You've made my Christmas!

From start to finish our experience was horrendous. The general manager was incredibly aggressive and intimidating, I tried to explain that his tone was bullying and he just continued, as a woman I found this experience unnerving.

After buying the car it was to go back for a detail. There was supposed to be a loaner car waiting and there was not. I had a four hour wait in the show room and then was presented with a car that had had no more than a tickle with the vacuum cleaner. One member of staff, a lady, agreed that the detail guys had not been detailed, but all the other staff, men, said it was fine. The car was left with dirt on the wipeable surfaces, stains on the seats and dirt on the carpets. I tried to complain but was informed that the general manager said it was done. He did not come and explain this in person, rather, I felt bullied and in the end just wanted to leave.

The whole atmosphere of the organization seems hostile, male dominated, aggressive and not friendly to women. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
