The Dr and staff here were so amazing!! My little Chihuahua had to have an emergency c section, and those nurses actually did CPR on those lil pups and brought them back to life! I had never seen anything like it in my entire life!! Every single one of the staff here goes above and beyond, they all dearly love their jobs and their patients.... It clearly shows in all they do for our furry family members!! I will never go to another vet!! They are the very best!!!! ❤️

We're from out of state. My 18 1/2 year old Chihuahua became sick & took her to Cropwell Small Animal Hospital. The staff was excellent from the time you walked in. Dr. Sims took time with my dog & explained everything to me. After a few follow up visits & trying everything, she didn't show improvement. Her kidneys were shutting down. I had to make that heartbreaking decision. Dr. Sims & his staff were wonderful. Let me hold my baby as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, gave me personal time to say goodbye, & showed a lot of compassion. They not only care about the pets they treat, but the people who love their pets. This is by far one of the best veterinarian clinics I have ever been to & would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent care for their pet.

Dr. Sims is absolutely wonderful. I had an emergency with my horse, Mia, on a Saturday about 2 weeks ago. I called every nearby vet and could not get anyone to agree to come look at her leg. The cut on her leg was terrible and to the bone. No one else seemed to care. But Dr. Sims, who does not work on large animals, but has horses agreed to come. He spent 2 hours sewing up her leg where there was skin left to sew and he has come every few days to look at it. I have never known another vet who really cared that much. Plus, her leg is healing, but it will take awhile.

I can NOT say enough about Dr Sims or his family & staff!! Our 'baby' hit sick, not sure what's going on with him but Dr Sims REFUSES to give up, praying for a happy ending!! Either way Dr Sims & everyone else has REALLY been a God send. We will not take our babies ANYWHERE ELSE!!
