While many CrossFit gyms simply want to toss as many people into classes as possible, Formula CrossFit is a professional training facility, with professional trainers who are wildly passionate about what we do. We offer 1-on-1 introductions and CrossFit fundamentals programs so no matter if you're a former athlete or overweight desk jockey, you can succeed here. While we offer scientifically proven exercise programs, the real magic is in the relationships you build with your trainer and other members.
