Going through a divorce and selling our family home was a very stressful time in my life. I called several moving companies and RC Mason's was very professional and when the salesman, Dave, came to the house to give me an estimate, he was very professional and seemed to understand how hard this move was and was very patient as we went through the house and I pointed out which items were going and which ones weren't. On moving day, the guys showed up very cheerful and happy to do there job. The crew leader, Cam, walked throught the house with me and I explained what was going and what wasn't. They quickly started working and throughout the day, we had several laughs, which made a sad time in my life more tolerable. I would highly recommend RC Mason's and would use them for any moves I might make in the future.

Having moved countries several times- from UK Austrailia and back about 4 times, from Australia to the US, and now within the US from Boston to California, I must say that this company was the best of all the movers internationally, HANDS DOWN!



The things that made a big difference to me wasn't just the care, expertise and politeness of the staff physically moving, but also the very good clear communications and responsiveness to our inquiry and the professionalism from the instant we started engaging. We also had a specific time frame we wanted to adhere to at relatively short notice and RC Mason came through.

My husband and I want to let you know that our move Thursday and Friday from New Hampshire to Maine went perfectly. The crew who came to pack, load, and deliver did so efficiently, quickly, and professionally. The driver, Jeff Mason, and his assistant, Tom, then came to Maine and unloaded our furniture and helped with unpacking our stuff. They even performed the miracle of getting a sleeper loveseat upstairs into the narrow dooreway of the guestroom with ease and not a scuff on any wall!

Not only did everyone do their work well, they were cheerful, polite, and respected not only to our belongings, but the newly refinished floor and paint at the final destination. My husband and I have had to move from state to state many times and have dealt with a lot of moving campanies, but this move was by far the best and they made a difficult time for us relatively easy. I would like to express my extreme pleasure with the professionalism and competency of R.C. Mason Movers Inc., during my recent household goods movement from Jamestown, RI to Norfolk, VA. As a career military officer who has experienced over 15 household goods movements, I can unequivocally say my experience with your company was simply the best!



The packing of household goods was led by Patricia mason who ensured every item was meticulousely wrapped and padded reslting in absolutely no damage to any item. This was followed by the driver, Jeff Mason, who arrived with a courteous and energetic crew to load my bleongings. The entire crew of Tom, Joe, Sean, and Steve, displayed the utmost care during the entire loading and unloading process. It was especially impressive to observe the careful preparation of my house with protective runners and door casing padding which eliminated all scrapes and scuffs; previiously I had considered damage of this nature normal in the moving process. I have now seen and am once again a believer in what a true family business can accomplish.

They come out to VIEW what you own first. If anything is wrong such as a too SMALL truck to pick your whole household. Which is what happened to me. The movers were nothing more than lowest of the lowest kind of person, who bullies you. They broke stuff, rude, expletives to complete, in front of my children and mother! To put icing on the cake the owner will talk to you, then he passes the phone a REAL MORON!!! I guess someone who knows a word or so about law. SO V-E-R-Y UNPROFESSIONAL FROM A-L-L ANGLES-DO NOT USE.

we have moved 8 times in past .the last move with allied was terrible .our friend moved with rc mason to florida.the job was the best so we tried rc mason.the move from mass to georgia was the best experience we ever had .the movers brought us coffee and donuts.we had to change dates day before move raymond in dispatch handled the date change like not worry in world.he made a bad situation go smooth.the crew arrived happy and best workers we have ever see. rick the driver and helpers were always on time our goods arrived on time without scratch ,we will never move with anyone but rc mason again

HAD AN APPT SET FOR A QUOTE AND 15 MINS BEFORE THE APPT RAY CALLS ME AND SAYS HE IS BUSY AND CANT MAKE IT.

Best move ever from start to finish. The estimate I was given was very accurate. They arrived when they said they would. My goods arrived in Florida on time & with NO DAMAGE at all. The men were very polite and seemed genuinely concerned for the safety and protection of my furniture at both ends. I would highly recommend R.C. Mason Movers to anybody who is planning a move.

This is an exceptional moving company. I was highly impressed from the moment they showed up to pack my belongings, to the delivery to my new home across the country. The salesman explained all the paperwork in detail and answered all questions asked by me in terms I could easily understand. The driver and helpers were experienced and professional. They handled all my items with such care and consideration. I have some larger pieces of furniture I thought would give them a little trouble moving, but all went so well without any problems. For all the services that were performed with our move, the rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any moving services that might be needed.

rc mason movers is by far the best moving experience by far.i have moved 12 times over the years after hearing from a friend about rc mason they far exceeded the moving task.from the friendly phone staff to the sales pearson to dispatch thet are the best.my four day move was perfect.my kids loved getting donuts from movers in morningraymond in dispatch handled our closing problems with no wories.our unreplacable antiques looked like they we not moved at all.i plan on moving in year from now rc mason will be only choice for me
