went there last night for dinner around 8pm or so.There was only one other couple in there dinning. We were asked about beverages right away and they were brought out. The waiter kept bugging us to place our orders. felt like we were being rushed turned out they were closing. so yes we were being rushed. my husband ordered country fried steak, i ordered the 11oz steak. my husband liked his dinner. my steak was dry and thin. baked potato was good. wont go again for dinner, tried the taco bar once and it wasnt good either. breakfast is their speciality

I have eaten at the Copper Grille a LOT and have always gotten great food and service! The waitresses are friendly and helpful. It's great to see them work together cleaning off tables, whether they are in their paticular section or another waitresses section. I would recommend that everyone eat here!

I have eaten at the Copper Grille quite often and found the food to be pretty good, but DO NOT order the broasted chicken for take out. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, it was dry and pretty tasteless, don't believe it was made to order. I also ordered the two sides and 6 dinner rolls for an additional $7.00 and recieved just enough mashed potatoes and gravy for one person, and enough green beans for maybe two people. It would seems they could figure out that I was feeding a family. If I could give this a half a star I defintely would, totally disappointed.

We pull up on a Sunday during a road trip, place was not overly busy and we were seated right away. Then the waiting began. Finally after asking our hostess if we could have some service she turns to the woman who had been sitting in the booth behind us with her kids watching is look around for help the whole time! Turns out she's the owner/manager/part-time employee who eventually took our order but didn't bother to write it down so she got it wrong, food was brought out 25 mins later and it was cold and wrong. We asked for water & hot sauce but no one brought any so finally my wife asked the same owner/manager/part-time employee to take her meal off the bill. Then she made some half-hearted attempt to apologize by saying the kitchen was backed up. That doesn't explain the lack of attention by HER since she was the one working that area. It's easy to blame the kitchen but when the place is about half full and the service is terrible then it's time to look in the mirror. Instead stopping every 5 minutes to text on your cell phone you should actually try to help the people who want to give you their hard earned money.

My family and I go here often for the breakfast buffet and we all love it. I keep saying I will try something from the menu but can never bring myself to do it. My husband and I snuck away for lunch by ourselves once and was not as impressed with that meal. I do plan on trying dinner sometime soon. Over all I feel the staff is friendly and efficient.

Myself and two others have been to this restaurant. And I am sorry to say we will never go back again. The food was awful as well as the service. When we arrived there, there were quite a few employees sitting at the first booth, including what I am assuming is the owner. But yet it took them quite some time to get us a seat. Then all of our food came out at different times. Not to mention the server tried to shove us out the door. All the servers had longer hair and not one wore it up. I thought that this was against health regulations. Definently wont recommend to others.

Nice to have a 'non chain' Restaurant that has great service and very delicious food. The portions are just right and the Lunch bar lets you pig out if you like. I have now had all threes meal there and plan to go back often.

Attended the Grand Opening and was very impressed with the food,service,cleanliness, and friendliness. I am hooked (excuse the punn) on the grilled salmon. Went back a week later to try the breakfast menu, and again was very satisfied, and you can't beat their prices. Is fast becomming my favorite restaurant.

Some friends and I dined at the Copper Grill tonight and it was wonderful! The service was great, as was the food and the price. We will go back and I highly recommend this restaurant. We were told that they have only been open for one week.

Fantastic place! I usually go to Logans Roadhouse in Kalamazoo for my dinners. I am very picky with food quality and price. This place is perfect. There is not a meal over $15. And the meal that is $15 is steak and ribs that come with potatoes, salad bar, and soup. Which is quite a bargain.I would recommend this to anyone I know. The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. They did a fantastic job with the remodel. I love going here because it is a local business, and I would rather support them than any other food chain.Honestly you feel like you are in a high class restaurant with the quality of everything. I cant say enough good things about The Copper Grille!

Went to their Grand Opening and liked the restaurant. The food is a bit over priced on some of the stuff (ie: fajita's, blue gill, sodas). A different place compared to their sister eatery (Panel Room in Hartford). Overall a nice place just over priced for what it is.

Owners and employees take great care in their work. Definetly worth stopping by!!!
