I was so disapointed!!! At first i was really happy because they have such cheap prices and you can keep things for 72 hours but then everything went down hill. I called the store to find out what time they were open, no one answered the phone, twice, and no one ever called me back like it says they will in the message. When i finally found out their times and i went into the store to make my deposit, the lady wasnt very friendly and never emailed me my recepit like she said she would. Now to the bad part; on day of pick up we had someone waiting an hour before i got a phone call saying that they still wouldnt be showing up for another hour...that was 2 hours AFTER the time that we were supposed to be able to pick up our stuff. Then when they were delived (3 hours later) the guy told me they would pick them up at the end of the weekend as a way to say "sorry" for the mix up (because they also delivered them as an "im sorry"), but guess what?! Monday came around and i got a call asking where the tables were...they wanted me to drive them over myself even though i was told they would be picked up....yeah we still had to bring them back ourselves, they wouldnt pick them up. In the end i might have saved a little bit of money from renting from them, but the hassle, the time wasted, the gas money, the stress from recieving my tables 5 hours after schedule (did i mention that this was prom setup so we had limited time) because they werent there when we were ready to pick them up, it all wasnt worth the $20 i saved...next time i will spend the extra money and more then likely be a lot happier.
