One star too many. I have been a client here for years and never experienced something like this. I was at this establishment yesterday to pay my car insurance. The secretary said I would be charged an additional $10 to use my debit card. In the state of NJ it is against providers merchant agreement to apply a surcharge fee to debit card holders. She then had the owner come speak to me about it. The owner proceeded to tell me (in a very nasty manner) that it is her business and she will charge her clients as she pleases. She will not pay the fees for having a credit card machine for clients convenience. I informed her that I will be reporting her establishment to the credit card company. She then started yelling and swearing, in front of my 9 yr old! Telling me to "get the f*** out" of her office. I have never witnessed such ignorance & unprofessionalism in my life! I was appauled and then enraged that she behaved in this manner in front of a child. Do not let vendors take advantage and steal you money. VISA card holders can call 1-800-VISA-911 to report such incidents.
