Took all 3 of my cars there to get the windows tinted and to get my navigation. I never had any problems with my tints, or with my nav. Some of these reviews are terrible, but I have no complaints! Hopefully people can give them a chance, and experience the same quality service which I did.

This place requires patience but once you have negotiated a good deal with the owner Eddie is when you realize that he's willing to do the same work for significantly cheaper, but it might take a couple days longer. Either way this place did my BMW just right or I would recommend him to almost anyone :)

Walked in today with my husband to get a couple of wiring harnesses and am now gonna walk out with a sound system and tint for a great price!!! This shop is by far one of the best shops in Pasadena!! Highly recommend for all your needs!! They are highly knowledgeable and very friendly!

I called today to get a quote from Pasadena sound on an alarm system. After speaking with the owner, I was told that if the dodgers won their playoff game I would get it done for free. Dodgers won... My experience at this place is very good. Very nice people I came in for an alarm change and got the best deals from all the others that where charging me a lot because I was a girl and beside this place's management is really good and I can afford what they asked from me. The wait was really good 45 minutes and I was out so fast…very good place very nice.

Great spot to get some good work done on your car they did some quality work on my 350z very good on price as well.

I went to this place on a Saturday to install a stereo kit and I did encountered difficulty in the beginning but most importantly Eddie who was in charge came through and the problem was fixed. Good customer service overall. I would come to this place again. Give this company a second chance. I believe they are trying their best from today onward.

The price I paid for rims and tires was cheaper than the dealers estimated price to replace just the tires on my factory 19' rims... It was a no brainer to spend a few extra dollars for stunning rims too. Pasadena Sound also did a phenomenal job tinting my windows on the same appointment. Came to the store off of a recommendation from a coworker. I was looking to put 24' rims and a security system on my new truck. As soon as I stepped in the door, I was immediately helped by the staff. They helped me select the rims I wanted along with the alarm and got me all setup for financing within hours. They ordered the rims, told me it would take a few days, but to take the truck in the following day for the alarm. I delivered my truck the following day for the alarm, and they said it would take a few hours. When I picked it up, to my surprise, they had not only installed the alarm, but also had received and mounted the rims!! I was very impressed with their service, and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase rims, stereo systems, alarms, etc.... I look forward to working with them in the future.

I came in to Pasadena Sound they treated me with respect and there customer serivce was really good with a gentlemen named ray. he was really good at presenting the product and asking if i need anything like beverages while i was waiting for my vehicle... i got my sound system fixzed and im so happy because its finally working and not an old grandma stereo.. i love my experience here.. i recommend this place

Pasadena sound do great window tint. i think probably the best. No bubbles nothing and they are very respectful.
