      Based in Pasadena, Calif., Gourmets Fresh Pasta is a pasta wholesaler/manufacturer that sells pasta to distributors, restaurants and markets throughout the United States. It carries a line of fresh, frozen and precooked and custom formulated pastas in both cut and filled varieties. Refrigerated fresh pasta varieties available at Gourmets Fresh Pasta include egg linguine, egg fettuccine, penne, spinach linguine, spinach fettuccine, lemon angel hair, rainbow spirals and red pepper linguine. Filled pastas varieties supplied by the company are cheese tortellini, four cheese ravioli (cooked), rainbow tortellini (egg, spinach, tomato) and spinach torellini with cheese.
