It takes weeks to months to have a work order issued to complete to satisfaction. My AC was called in during the summer at least 7 times, before they had to tear out the walls, reported my dryer not working 3 weeks ago. 3 maint calls later, 4th this morning. I walked up to the office upset. I was told by Leticia she was in charge and couldn't speak to me until I calmed down. Then I was talked down to. Poor Management.
