We went in for my daughter’s asthma attack and were treated very professionally and thoroughly. Dr Morrison spent time with us and made us feel important and cared for. I was further impressed when he called us the next day to follow up and see how she was doing. I haven’t heard of other doctors doing that. What’s funny is I was talking to another mom at our kids’ school about how impressed I was with them and she said that Dr Morrison had seen them before too and called to make follow up calls with them to ensure they were doing better. Dr Morrison and his staff were locking the door when I pulled up with my son at 10:15pm when they usually close at 10pm. I tend to go there late because of my work schedule and they always get us in but that night he opened the clinic back up and still saw us and didn't leave until after 11pm since he needed bloodwork. I felt bad and offered to pay extra for keeping him and his staff there but he kindly refused. I have told a couple of my friends about my wonderful experience and they have gone there since for sports physicals. Thank you Dr Morrison for being so compassionate and going the extra mile for us! We are patients for life!!

Was unsure if my little one needed stitches or not. Front desk staff and Dr. was so professional. I would recommend them for all Urgent Care needs! I can sleep tonight instead if waiting all night in the ER waiting to be seen! If you have to take the unfortunate trip- make 20 Mile Urgent care your first stop.

Our 8 y/o son had a small laceration above his eye on the lid. It was close to needing a stich or two so we went to 20 Mile for a quick professional opinion. They took a look at it for us (no charge) and told us to clean it and place a drop of glue and a steri strip on it. They even gave us the glue and steri strips!!Very professional plus nice and quick! HIghly recommend 20 Mile Urgent Care!

Terrible experience, will NEVER return. They advertise that they are open till 10pm and take their last patient 30 minutes before. My son hurt his leg to the point where he couldn't walk on it and was crying in terrible pain (which he doesn't normally do). We got to the urgent care at 9:25pm and the door was already locked. We knocked on the door for over 5 minutes and called. They finally came to the door and told me that they took their last patient early because they had a busy day. They refused to help my son who was in front of them in tears because his leg hurt so bad. They literally turned away a child in pain because they wanted to go home. What happened to taking an oath to help people. I am appauled and angered that they would turn away anyone in pain, but especially a child that is asking for their help. They didn't care and told me that I could come back tomorrow at 8am. Like that would help since my child would have to cry in pain all night.

The doctors are phenomenol! Our family absolutely LOVES David Graves. He is so nice and funny and very knowledgeable with a great personality! He will take his time with you and never rush questions, etc.

I brought my infant daughter in to see the doctor after work, fearing that she was very ill. I also saw a crazy woman in the lobby threatening to write a negetive review about Dr. Morrison because he wouldn't perscribe her more Percaset and other narcotics. The doctor that evening did an excellent job, diagnosed my daughter's ear infection and perscribed antibiotics to help. You cant help crazy, drug addicts - dont you know that all doctors have access to all the narcotic perscriptions that have ever been written for you????

I came into 20 mile urgent care for help right before they were about to close and I have never felt more belittled going to see a doctor in my life. I felt like Dr. Morrison was discounting my problem and was more interested in getting me out of his facility and going home. I am still sick and in extreme pain. Not only did Dr. Morrison seem uncaring but he expected me to talk about my problem in their office lobby rather than a private office. Don't waste your time going to 20 mile urgent care. You're better off going to an ER and waiting, at least there they know they have to help the patient before they go home.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, however the doctor has no bedside manner and is plain and simply quite rude to patient and family. Five words to the patient is unacceptable! We won't ever go back again and will not recommend to all our friends. We will be going back to the urgent care up the road that we have visited a few times before. We only came here because it was recommended by a friend! Very unpleasant medical experience!

Exceptional service and staff! Highly recommend this clinic if care is needed. You can tell that the staff aren't just doing their job - They are truly interested in you.
