I REALLY needed my carpets cleaned and A+ was referred to me by a friend who has the same issues as I. A dog that thinks the carpet is her personal potty ground and a son who's at that age where he 'doesn't' see the stains on the carpet. MY CARPETS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL! They looked exactly the same as when they were new and all of the dog stains vanished! I only had the windows opened for a few hours and they were 95% dry when I got home from work. The tech did an awesome job, was on time, courteous and even put my dog back in her pen and put up her gate. I've lived in my home for 5 years and I was amazed. Sears had cleaned my carpets before and left them horribly wet and they were still stained. Never again will I use them. I would definitely recommend A+ to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and are watching their $'s. Thanks A+!!
