I really like this bank and it deserves 5 stars, but I gave it only 2 stars for one reason....occasional utter complete lack of acceptable customer service. However, I find that I have only experienced this with one particular employee by the name of Gertrude. If you ever are directed to speak or deal with this very rude woman, immediately ask for another employee to help you, you will have a much better day. All the personal bankers are great, it seems that only this particular teller disrupts the quality of this branch of Chase bank. So, to customers of Chase, I have but one piece of advice; avoid Gertrude. Otherwise, people there are very attentive.
