The first time I filed a claim in my life and I am almost 57 years old for wind damage my roof had suffered during a storm was told 768.00 was all I had coming.Not knowing the first thing about my rights,I signed off on it.My roof fixer now tells me I have mold and mildew now since they took 4 months just getting my little 768.00 check to me.The first adjuster was so rude and hateful to me,my agent Sarah Ward got me another one.Till this day I have still not sen him.I was in the hospital both times he come.First time he said I wt get nothing,then my contrator called him and asked him if he was blind and he needed to take a second look.I have had 3 major operations in 3 months.I am a single woman with one income and now a company I had never even tried to file a claim on has stabbed me in the back.Why in theworld do you pay insurance for?I have 3 major hospital and doctor bills facing me and now I have to try to borrow money to fix my roof.I am not giving up.I have filed a complain
