It is one of the recognized leaders in real estate management, investment and development throughout the Southwest. It primarily focuses in Arizona, though it has completed various projects in California and Texas. Some of its projects include Blackstone at Vistancia, Blackstone, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Johnson Ranch, The Legacy Golf Resort, Power Ranch, Superstition Foothills, Sonoran Foothills, Arizona Traditions, Surprise Farms and Vistancia.
