      Magnificent views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Only licensed B&B on Lake Champlain in central Vermont. Very quiet country setting. One King suite, one Queen rm, private baths, Living Rm, private entrance, patio, steps to lake, dock, extensive gardens and lawn. Free use of Keurig machine. Free WiFi, bottled water, seltzer. Ideal location to relax or quietly work, bike, hike, rent a canoe, explore area attractions and state parks, fish, swim. Many excellent restaurants. Centrally located between Burlington and Middlebury just off the Lake Champlain Bikeway. We rent only one room at a time, so you are our only guests. Two couples traveling together or a family of four can rent both rooms. Either way, you have the private living room to yourself. Complimentary WiFi, beverages and snacks. Spanish and French spoken.
