OMAAC, INC was founded by Mr. Jay Morse in 1991. His purpose when he started the company was to provide an alternative source for structural design, detailing and drafting, and to help any size Structural Engineering Consultant, Steel Fabricator, Building Erector and Metal Building Manufacturing company with this type of service. Today this company is proud of it's role in the building industry, already having been involved in the engineering, design, the shop drawings and erection of over 20 million square feet and 600 buildings to it's credit. Because of demand, and wanting to better service their clients, Jay soon realized that this type of service was needed in other areas. Today OMAAC is a full service design firm with offices in Kansas City, Missouri and in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas that provides project management, design, detailing and drafting services. We have provided these services for local companies as well as for companies nation wide. OMAAC has also expanded into the international market by providing services for projects located in the People's Republic of China, Phillipines, Korea, Mexico, and South America.
