Rooms were average. Beds were hard as a rock. Facilities average. View of the ocean was great. Elevators very slow and outdated. Had to use the stairs more often than not because the elevators were always full or there was a line. Don't try to go to bed early on the weekend, the karaoke program will keep you up because it is way too loud and the drunker everyone becomes, the louder they are. Also good luck getting your $300 deposit back. I have made five phone calls so far, none of which has been returned. When I did get lucky enough to talk to a person, they assured me they'd find out the whereabouts of my check and call me. Still waiting. It's been a month since I checked out. I'd skip the Regency Towers and go for one of the newer units on Thomas Drive.
