L.A. Youth Center has developed programs designed to give children of all ages the best experience possible; whether it's early learning or before and after school care. If you would like more information or are ready to enroll your child, contact us today. We accept enrollment for children from 1 to 12 years of age. L.A. Youth Center's preschool program is meant to encourage the creativity of the young mind. We also help them develop skills they are learning at a young age. The L.A. Youth Center is dedicated to providing your child with a bright, promising start. We use two sets of curriculum in our preschool classes - Creative Curriculum and Mother Goose curriculum. Your child is given quarterly assessments to see what areas we can help further develop them in and where they are excelling. All of our teachers are CPR trained and all staff is background checked. Our teachers are also sent through training with Florida DCS. We take all of these steps to ensure the safety of your child. Do your preschoolers have siblings in school who need before and after school care? L.A. Youth Center, offers a great program for school-aged children that includes transportation to and from school. Be sure to talk with our staff if you have any additional questions about our programs. You have the opportunity to prepare your child for kindergarten through the state-funded VPK program. L.A. Youth Center further develops your child's development through our own VPK classes. We use the A Beka program, which is a Christian-based learning program. We also offer wraparound care for after-class finishes at 11:30 AM. Wraparound care has a $30 registration fee and is $65 per week. Your child will also receive an afternoon snack. If you have other children in your home, we offer before and after school care for school-aged children, preschool, and a summer program. We have a large facility and a well-trained staff dedicated to making the best out of your child's learning experience.
