I recently called Women's Health Center regarding a medical issue that needed attention, the employee that I spoke with was unkind, lacked compassion and professional manner.

When you call about a medical issue no matter who you are, what insurance you have and what it is regarding; you deserve to be treated with respect and care, the fact that my initial contact with this office was so unprofessional is an issue, the first impression spoke volumes of the entire facility whether or not the rest of the employees there treat patients this way is irrelevant, make sure you hire the right people to deal with patients over the phone...it will serve your business...
