Mat-Su Activity & Respite Center is an agency that serves individuals and families suffering with developmental disabilities. It offers a range of Medicaid-certified services, such as residential and day habilitation and respite care. Mat-Su Activity & Respite Center conducts several activities, such as lakeside picnic, bowling, boating, swimming, hiking, cooking, arts and crafts and movies. In addition, the center sponsors monthly dances and special events. Its respite services provide relief to caregivers from the everyday stress of caring for an individual who experiences a disability.
