I gave my husband a gift certificate for a massage and he loved it!!!!!!! He said they were all very professional and it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Not so great. I called to schedule an appointment for a mini-facial and neck/back massage and was told my appointment would be for 30 minutes. I thought that sounded good, but before deciding on the time to go in I let the person I was talking to know that that I had a conference to go to at a specific time and needed a little later appointment. Just about an hour later, she called and left me a voicemail to see if I could come earlier for the technicians sake. Okay, so Im thinking she must have been preoccupied while we were on the phone, which is okay I can get busy too. (That was the first sign) After my back massage I was turned around and given a neck and face massage. I let the technician know I am here for a facial, not face massage and she informed me said well see what we can do afterwards and in that case an esthetician should have been scheduled. When we were done the "rude operator" told me she was the one I spoke with and she asked if I wanted the cleanser facial and massage. I said "yes, I wanted both." So then she says we can schedule that for you right now. She missed the point that there was a miscommunication and I didn't get the service I had come in for. I dont think she understood the customer is ALWAYS right and you dont make people you are servicing feel like they got it wrong. Sad to say, but I think they need serious customer service training there. I wouldnt go there again. I wouldnt want to chance having to pay for something they want to schedule out of convience to themselves.
