I signed up with Sprectrum Cable, phone, Internet. I was happy that I didn't have to have satellite internet but when everything was mailed to me I received main box with two other boxes for the bedrooms. Well I reviewed everything and one box said if I opened it I was stuck with what was inside. I didn't like that but I did, I found the new Apple remotes for all but the main remote seemed fine. Not, the apple remotes are terrible my mom is 79 and hates all the new things like cell phones so I don't much listen. Then I tried the remotes myself well they are the worst remotes I have ever seen you have no options like, guide, rec, etc. so you have to just try to make it work well that is easier said then done. If I could have returned it I would but because I opened the box I own the remotes. So review everything and have a installer come to your home don't allow them to mail to you and you setup because it will be a nightmare. Get anything but Spectrum until they change the remotes.
