Although busy, Dr. Cobb took the time to explain all my options and concerns. I am happy and unembarrassed to show my teeth now.

If I could give cobb dental less than 1 star I would. As a former child patient I thought it would be great to take my child here. I was had a bad experience all 3 times. 1st of all they are dirty, the waiting room has filthy chairs and carpet. I think they are the same chairs that were there when I was a child. There is 1 beat up dirty table and 1 dirty book to keep the children busy well they are waiting and I waiting I mean at least 30 minutes. The front desk girls are rude and refused to let me go back with my child because I had my baby with me. Even though I put my stroller in the car and strapped my baby to my chest in her ergo carrier. They refused to let me go in the parents waiting room in the back as well, telling me it was full and only for orthopedic parents. One lady offered me to take her seat, (even though there were 2 others open), the rude receptionist still refused to let me sit there. I wasn't even given a chance to speak with the doctor and ask question. Our first trip there the doctor was short rude and looked at me like I was crazy when I requested a fluoride treatment for my sons teeth. They made him feel uncomfortable and scared and forced a cleaning on him when he was 2 years old. After that I said I wouldn't go back but my husband had me give them another chance and I wish I wouldn't have. It reminded me of the free clinic at the health department and I would suggest doing some research and finding a new dentist.

My regular dentist of 15 yrs passed away. I went to Cobbe twice trying to find a replacement. The 1st visit, I gave the Doctor the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was having a bad day. However, after my 2nd visit there is no excuse for his aggressive behavior, tone and rude commentary. I have never had a medical profession talk to me that way. NEVER go to Cobbe. I left in tears.

Horrible place. Very dirty and no privacy when they do xrays everyone is getting zapped the room is wide open. They made my 4 yr old son wait 2 months in pain to fix his tooth (they said due to insurance) then we get there and said theystill dont have auth.and "its not their job to get it." I was a office manager in a drs office for 7 years i would never say it wasnt our job to get auth. They were very rude and said they could do some but not what was hurting him... Whats the point? All they wanted was $ i had to walk out. You will have problem here, dont not use!!!

Very rude office manager , be sure to get a second opinion before work is done, feel they just look for ways to charge for extra things, what dentist does not feel a cleaning needs to be done if you refuse a deep cleaning. Please it seems even a regular cleaning would help your teeth

Regarding the 1st review.... I have taken my boys to Cobbe Dental from the time they were 2, now 11 & 16. We have had a couple of misunderstandings & while I wouldn't say they're my ideal dentists, I could NEVER say that their staff was not kind & professional! They're office staff has gone way out of their way to contact our insurance and getting them to pay for services that were questionable on coverage. They could have just said "no they don't cover that" and charged us, but they got it covered and were very pleasent to work with! This has happened a few times, but most recently on 8/25/11. So yes I would recommend them!

i.e., A local favorite, or higKEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will charge you before your child goes in the room and then not complete the work you are charged for. They were rude everyone from the receptionist to the dentist. The do not know how to treat children, I have a very well behaved 8 year old that they did not complete wirk on and gave me an excuse that he was to nervous and i would have to pay again to bring him back another time. This place is a money pit and should ne shut down. They also did work on him without my consent. hly recommended because

I would give a sixth star if allowed. I went in with a nasty looking hole in my front tooth. I am terrified of most anything medical. I hadn't even been to a dentist in ten years. So you can imagine the state of my teeth before being treated. Right from the start I was cared for in a way that I have not experienced with ANY other medical facility. They welcomed me with smiles and reassurance that everything would be fine. I got the x-ray and cleaning special given with an online coupon. Dr. Jensen was my dentist and he saw to it that I understood every part of the procedures needed to repair my teeth. It was a long list. His assistant in all this was superb. Both intelligent and with a great sense of humor this beautiful young woman nursed me along the whole way. In the course of one easy month I had a cleaning, post, and crown. My teeth are white and the crown works perfectly. I did research into cost and Dr. Jensen had the lowest rates. I was not paid for this, I am forever grateful.

Thanks to Cobbe Dental for my beautiful smile. I was nominated by my senior classmates at PHUHS for having the best smile. It took many years as I was born with crooked baby teeth. Dr. Cobbe placed appliances at the age of 4 to help my jaws to grow. I then went through Phase I ortho treatment and 6 months of Phase II ortho treatment.
