      My name is Eric Hyman and I'm the creator of EFX Personal Training. EFX Personal Training is a personal training business serving clients in and around the Palm Desert area, but also helps people online through advice and support! I have been a personal trainer here in the desert area since 1998. As a cancer survivor, I understand the importance of having a positive and healthy lifestyle and wan't to share that philosophy with others that maybe in a similar situation. I specialize in a wide range of training facets including weight loss, flexibility, strength training and rehabilitation, just to name a few. I am currently studying for my Physical Therapy Aid Certification. Allow me to give you a free 30 minute orientation session so I can show you what an organized and structured workout program can do for you!
