While this laboratory has skilled personal; they have one blond woman who cannot speak English well enough to be understood when she stands at her desk and calls out a name to be serviced. NO ON knows what she is saying when she calls out a name in the waiting room. She talks rapidly and does not appear to know how to speak ENGLISH names. It's very frustrating to not know whether she is calling your name of "mmmrstersemonchannnan". They need to take her aside and instruct her how to call out the patients' names when needed. OTHERWISE; the people there are clean, respectful and skilled. "What did she say?" was the comment of most of the clients.
