I was diagnosed by my primary dentist with a fractured jaw bone. My records were directly faxed to Dr. Hate of Cardinal Oral & Maxillofacial for further evaluation. The doctor's office gave me an appointment to be seen a few hours later. After entering the Port Orange office I felt relaxed due to the compassion & friendly staff. Dr. Hate also met me with the same compassion. I had a follow up with him 2 weeks later at the Palm Coast office and was met with the same warmness.

Horrible customer service! I was recommended by my sons pediatric dentist so we made an appointment a month in advance and had our xrays emailed so Dr Hate had plenty of time to go over the xrays and prepair for our consultation. I drove an hour and when I arrived I was told I must pay $300 for a CT scan before I could even speak with Dr Hate. I explained I am a nurse and would like to see him first to explain the justification for further testing and was bullied with the reply that I am absolutely not getting a consultation unless I do the CT prior. We had already had consultations with other surgeons with no issue, and not one word of a CT prior to this. They were not allowing me to make an informed decision. Horrible care!!!

My Son had to have his front tooth taken out due to a skating accident. This was his permanent tooth so I was a nervous wreck more than him. Dr. Hate' is the best he was great with him. He even put a stitch in to help the heal time. The gum never swelled or turned red. My experience was A plus for sure. Thanks Dr. Hate you and your wonderful team you guys really helped out this nervous Mom and took great care of my Son!

I originally thought $290 was a bit much for an extraction.A complicated procedure was required and preformed without swelling or pain during or after . I give Dr.Hate an A++. I do not believe a more favorable outcome is possible. A bargin ! Thank you,Dr. and staff.

Dr. Hate is very caring and gentle. You will never feel that you are being rushed in and out of the office. The office is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
