At 3:23 pm my doorbell rang and by the time I got to the door the driver was getting in his truck. I tried to wave but the driver was not looking. I took the FTD Floral black box inside to my Air Conditioned home. The box felt VERY HOT!! The Mother's Day flowers were hot!! I tried to get the black tie rod cut and took about 5 mins. getting the flowers out of the box, packaging and they were still hot. I took the temperature with a thermometer and it was 91.1 The temperature outside was 79 when he brought them. Where on earth could the driver have put them, over the engine?? The special flowers were wilted. I doubt that I can bring them back. The driver did not wait for me to answer the bell. I am an unhappy person! UPS is not the company that it use to be!!

The UPS that we one Knew has long died. The service being offered today has zero customer service. When you leave a note saying that you are not home until 5pm the drive attempts to deliver for the following days at 4:00 and 3:15. Call the service number and you get a third world country and because of 911 they cannot give out the number to were the package is being held. Now I have to travel 25 miles to collect my package. In the future I will request USPS verse UPS!!! It is a shame they have give up on what was once the benchmark they set which was Complete Customer Satisfaction. What a disappointment UPS has turned out to be! I would put no stars but that is not an option
