I have been going to Ernie's for probably 20 years. It's a family own and operated repair shop and Chris the owner is on site. HIs wife is normally in the office. They always diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. Prices are very reasonable. We've had quotes elsewhere and Chris still has the best price. I wish every business was as honest, reliable and customer friendly as Ernie's.

Toke my car here first thing in the morning when they opened at 8:30. I had an appointment. They never even looked at my care until after 4pm. After 5pm they said the problem was the water pump. So at this time they would get the part tomorrow. Finley got my car back the next night at 3:30pm for something with an appointment should take a day. Ended up not being the problem. Now I wanted to bring it back, but asked if I could have it looked at before noon. Ernie said he decides witch cars get looked at first. Why make appointments? I said I might have to look somewhere else. He said you should. I would have liked him to look at it because he know the history, but might be better off. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

On recommendations I saw here on "dexknows", I had my car towed into Ernies. Without an appointment they were able to fix my car in one day at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with them that I'm taking it back to have some other work completed! Great job!!!

My family and I have used Ernie's auto for more than 15 years. Chris is an honest and fair business owner and hires good mechanics. We have had at least 10 autos serviced there, always with the same prompt and courteous service. His prices are lower than most other shops too!Highly recommended!!

Took it to Ernie's before work. Chris gave me a straight diagnosis by 8 am and made all the repairs in time for me to pick it up after work. Fair price. Excellent work. Great customer service.Will be taking my car here as long as I live in the area.
