Kaunoa Senior Services, a division of the Department of Housing and Human Concerns, provides a range of services, activities and programs for senior citizens. It offers assisted transportation, senior companion, congregate dining, and retired and senior volunteer programs. The division also provides the Meals on Wheels Program, which includes midday meals for homebound senior citizens. Kaunoa Senior Services leisure program offers a selection of cultural, exercise and wellness, arts and crafts and other classes and seminars. It operates the West Maui Senior Center. The Department of Housing and Human Concerns operates housing, grants management and immigrant services divisions. It is governed by the County of Maui in Hawaii.
