I am now without a news paper for the fourth time this year each time it takes 2 day to over a week the last time to get the problem fixed. I ask them to just refund my money the last time and they refused. They said they would fix the problem and give me a call back. I did get a call but it was not form customer service it was for the delivery person. Well it has been 3 days this time and when I call the number listed for customer service I get a busy signal (270-575-8800). When I drive down the road I see that other people are getting papers, I would like to know what the problem is with mine. My mail box has a paper slot and the number is on both sides of the box.
