I found out about the Youth Policy Institute located at: 1075 North Western Avenue Suite #110, Los Angeles, California 90029 while doing a google search through another website called www.freetaxprepla.com because I was in need of Income Tax Help and Youth Policy Institute came to my rescue.

I actually had contacted all 22 agencies from that website and four (4) of them had offered ME help.

What is very nice about these agencies is that mostly during tax season, they will offer free services to low income persons and/or persons making under $54,000.00 per year and if You Qualify then they Can be of assistance.

In my case, I needed help during the off-season and the Youth Policy Institute in My Case was able to help me.

Over the phone, I first spoke with Walter Cruz and through our conversation, he was able to set up an almost immediate appointment for ME to see Eugenia Soto who is one of their professional tax preparers.

I really enjoyed working with Eugenia Soto who was very professional, understanding and helpful towards my needs.

She was very proficient and thorough in doing my Income Taxes and took about one hour or so to get them done.

I was very pleased and amazed at how fast she was able to get it done.

Not only that, but she was able to take my much older tax returns from ME and shred them since after five (5) years, You do Not need to hold on to those tax returns anymore.
