I was in the new Costco Pacoima yesterday. I was so nice to walk into a store and every employee that walked past me said Hi. Whatever the new manager is doing is the right thing. What I hate is going into a store and you can see how they hate customers. That is the reason why I will now return to stores like that. Good going Pacoima Costco you are changing name of Costco, as they other stores need to learn your lesson. I will say that I live between your Northridge and Van Nuys stores which they have lost me as a customer.
