I can't believe the customer service at this place. Ron is horrible. Let me state the facts:1. I made an appointment 3 weeks out to have some troubleshooting done2. I realized i couldn't make the appointment 1hr after making it, so I called back. I spoke to Robbie to see if i could bring it in on the following Monday. He said not a problem.3. Saturday before Monday apt, went to their website and it said they were closed Monday4. Called Ron and this is when the horrible experience started. I told him that I had an appointment on Monday to bring it in and realized that they are closed on Monday. He said “your appointment was last Thursday”. I said I had rescheduled with Robbie and he said I could bring it in on the 24th. Ron said “I have no appointments available this week and you missed yours last Thursday”. I said, “my appointment was not last Thursday as I had changed it with Robbie.” Ron said, “well you did miss it and I have no room for you this week”. He continu
