Elderly father has had his 2008 Avalanche with 55000 miles on it serviced Dennis Hank since its purchase.. I observed the door handles with sharp, chrome peeling from both driver and passenger doors. I asked if he had told dealership and he said once or twice and they service the vehicle all the time. I requested Chevrolet to remediate this obvious dangerous fault in their vehicle. They referred me to management at Hanks. The management dismissed my father and want him to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it. They proceeded to insult his intelligence and treated him poorly. I will never buy a Chevrolet because of the treatment of my father. Interesting that this agency has 5 star ratings on many sites. Appears to be rigged to me.

First purchase from Dennis Hanks. My new 2014 Silverado is great! Cody did a fantastic job of getting me what I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. From the first meeting to closing it with financing...I have no complaints! Was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new truck!!! Great experience!

I have purchased several vehicles from Dennis Hanks over the last 10+ years. Their sales process is free of hassles and an overall pleasure every time. The service department has knowledgeable technicians that genuinely want to get it right. Their workmanship and timeliness is always excellent.

First new car in 10 years, started out with a recall. Brent Hanks and the crew took care of the parts ordering, but replacement parts were scarce and the car was not driven for over a month. A second GM Recall was a "No Drive", and the Dennis Hanks crew did all that we would have expected from a quality GM Store, The real highlights of this group is that they also provided up-front guidance on how to follow any one of a number of options that were available since the car was again out of service, Actually, this time with the 3000 mile car at this car dealership while awaiting parts. I thought about another car and a trade or even a buy-back, but realistically the Hanks crew tracked down another approved shaft and double checked with myself its authenticity as the replacement certified by GM. Everyone from the salesman, to the Sales director to the Manager Brent Hanks were great and always looking out for our best interest. The shop is clean, the techs and Service Manager Savvy and all very dedicated to the "Dennis Hanks Tradition" , that is the Dealership : "Where You Would Send A Friend" Everyone out there with a GM Car or Lt Truck needing service ...Its worth the drive from ST Louis, or KC to get this crew in your corner."
