We just had our taxes done this year for the first time with this company. I would NOT recommend the headache with what we went through. We called several times to see if our taxes were done and then again mid August. We found out they were waiting on their desk done for 3 weeks with no phone call to let us know. We were assured that all taxes and penalties (if there were any) would be paid. We sent our taxes in after we finally got them in the mail after calling their office and shortly after got a bill from the IRS for interest and penalties due. Called tax office and they said check was in the mail to cover penalties. Never got it. Called them 3 time to see where it was over a month period and last time a woman named Amy said "Keith isn't going to do anything regarding payment." I asked her why they were leaving customer to cover their cost and she said "we have been in business for over 30 years, we won't miss your business." and then hung up! this company is horrible.
