Cant give any less stars than this. When it is good, it is good. The majority of the time, is not reliable whatsoever, so if you are going to do anything but play some videos in your spare time, dont think about this one. Customer service is poor. Tech guy that comes to your house is nice, but I think the company as a whole, if I had not signed a contract, I would go without internet rather than these guys.

This is the WORST internet provider that I have EVER had....and trust me I have had several since I am self employed. It has taken their tech support as much as 2 weeks to get back to me. I personally would go with a wireless card which is what I did. BEST thing that I could have ever did. I wish that I would have done that in the first place instead of wasting the past 6 months and $200.00 on an antena. It is too bad, because I like to give the small guys my business first, but I have to have internet to function for my company and they were not able to provide it for me.

Internet service is OK. Not a whole lot of options in this area. Customer support is a joke though. If you have an outage they expect you to leave a message on an answering machine. They usually dont get back to you for several days. I am a long time customer, but an getting very frustrated with their customer service. I hoped it would get better in time, but its actually gotten worse.

I have been a customer for around 3 years and I have to say I always get first class service. We went through a period where there was spotty service for some reason and they were relentless in bringing out new equipment until the problem was resolved. I think they are one of the best businesses in Shiawassee county that I have dealt with. I sincerely hope that they service the next house I am in because I know I will be dealing with competent professional people.

New customer here! I called every number posted on Invisalink.net web page and got a computer answering system that dumps you into a voice mail box to leave a message to be returned a full business day later. What's that about? High speed wireless and High tech services available unless you need to order new, 1st time orders, service, repair, help and or just talk to someone about there products. All 6 different ways to contact them and not one results in a solution. Not a very good company business practice. I wonder how much business is lost with this practice.
